Up to three complete printed sets of bidding documents are available to Bidders and one complete printed set of bidding documents is available to Subbidders/suppliers for a $100 Refundable Deposit check per set, made payable to Schmidt Associates (include the job name in the reference line). Fax a copy of the check (for shipping and delivery orders) to Eastern Engineering Supply-Fishers Office and deliver the original check (for all orders) to Eastern Engineering Supply-Fishers Office.
Additional sets may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page {plus Processing Fee, Tax, and Shipping (as applicable)}.
As stated in the AFB and in the Electronic Media Waiver Form, electronic sets of this job (DWFs of the drawings and PDFs of the specs) are available to purchase IF you also have ordered a hard copy set. This is a purchase, from Eastern Engineering Supply, and it is listed as an item on the Order page.
Although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping prices (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
