Although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping prices (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
From the Advertisement/Notice/Invitation to Bidders, "Contractors will be allowed up to 3 sets of bid documents, which they may retain throughout the bidding. Subcontractors will be allowed a maximum of 1 set of bid documents for a maximum of 5 business days. If after 5 days, the plans have not been returned, Design Collaborative reserves the right to cash any deposit checks.”
